Dayna Hinkel, Principal Consultant, a dynamic professional seamlessly blending academia and hands-on industry expertise. With an MBA in Global Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Dayna is the driving force behind successful projects and initiatives that extends across diversity management, organizational development, human resources, newcomer settlement initiatives and data/dashboard projects.
In collaboration with her late business partner, Judith Hayes PhD, Dayna co-developed the Hayes/Hinkel DEI Organizational Strategy Framework© in 2003. This framework offers a holistic view of diversity adaptable to any business aspiring to foster inclusivity.
With a career spanning over 30 years, Dayna has undertaken many diverse projects for government entities, corporations, and non-profit organizations. Dayna is a seasoned speaker and author, specializing in the areas of organizational development and diversity.
With a passion for curriculum development, Dayna continues to play a crucial role in developing online training initiatives, including the establishment of the globally acclaimed online Gaming Management Program at the University of Nevada Reno.
